1. Introducing Exclusive Discounts

Enjoy exclusive discounts, tailored just for you, our valued customer. On every service booking, when you use our Promo codes, you get entitled to mouthwatering discounts offered on services ensuring that you get quality services for less amounts.

Our new app features intuitive navigation, streamlined processes, and sleek designs. Effortlessly book services, track progress, and enjoy a seamless experience like never before.

2. Artisans Earnings Highlighted

When artisans accept orders, the app now highlights the amount they will be paid in bold, making it clearer and easier for you to manage your earnings. The idea behind this is to ensure that you have a clearer path to navigating your earnings and withdrawals.

3. ID Checks

Upon job completion, if your Artisan’s ID check hasn’t been approved, you’ll be prompted to wait until it is. If the ID check has been declined, you’ll be taken to the menu to retake it. This ensures that only verified Artisans can complete jobs.

4.  Add Documents in Chat

Attaching documents and relevant PDFs while communicating with clients has always been an issue in the previous App versions. Now, you can attach important documents directly within the chat interface, thereby, making communication between Artisans and Customers quicker and easier.

5. Improved Picture Formatting

Pictures quality just got even better! We’ve improved how pictures are displayed within the chats to ensure that they look clean and represent you perfectly. Reduced padding has been implemented for both Android and Iphone. This means that the quality of pictures on both Android and Iphones has been increased to ensure a better user experience.

6. Pop-Up on Job Completion

Once a job has been completed, and their ID has been approved; Artisans would get notified by a “well-done” pop-up. Ensuring trust and an added layer of security within Pureworker.

7. Insufficient Funds Notification

If your account has insufficient funds, clicking “Pay Now” will seamlessly take you to Add funds. Thereby, redirecting you to your wallet page. This would ensure that you complete payment without stress.
