Day 1 to 90: Inside Pureworker’s Internship Program: Opportunities, Experiences,and Growth

At Pureworker, our dedication to innovation extends beyond our products—it's embedded in our culture of nurturing young talent. Our summer internship program offered a platform for driven professionals to learn, grow, and make real contributions.

 This year, our Internship Manager, Victoria Ayodeji and our Chief executive Officer, Testimony Adams had the pleasure of welcoming six outstanding interns who quickly became invaluable members of our team.

Let’s meet our interns and hear their reflections on the experience—the challenges they faced, their personal highlights, and the advice they have for other young professionals aiming to thrive in a fast-paced world.


Meet the Interns

From Social media marketing to Customer Engagement- Excellence 



Excellence Eniola, a 400L law student of the Osun State University, College of Law, is a multipotentialite who loves creativity and exploring her interests in other fields.


Inspired by the need to gain experience and put her Social media marketing knowledge to the test. Her internship quickly evolved as she worked alongside the content team and then transitioned to the Customer Support and Engagement team.

"Being treated as a bonafide team member, not just an intern, was one of the best parts of my experience," says Excellence.

She used her social media marketing skills to resonate with Pureworker’s audience while improving her communication abilities. For Excellence, this internship was a step toward realising her creative dreams.

“It’s amazing how a well crafted design can put smiles on the faces of happy customers”- Olukorede


As a design enthusiast, Olukorede Wright, while eager to learn from experienced professionals, joined the Marketing and Social Media team as a Graphic Designer while contributing to Pureworker. Now, he has gained hands-on experience with design tools by working with us on a variety of projects and campaigns. This hasimproved his ability to collaborate on projects, and sharpened my creativity in solving real-world design challenges. 


By following his passion, Olukorede seeks to hone his design skills even further and explore new challenges in the design industry.


“The Teamwork actually makes the Dreamwork”- Amarachukwu


Amarachukwu Nwandu is a dedicated customer support agent at Pureworker with extensive experience in customer service and telesales. Known for her adaptability and timely delivery of tasks, soon expanded her skills into blog content creation, an area she initially knew little about.

Her hard work and dedication allowed her to impact both customers and team members alike, while learning to create engaging content from scratch.

She aims to enhance user satisfaction and streamline service experiences using her strong communication and problem-solving skills.

For Sunday Alabi, a UI/UX design intern, Pureworker was the perfect opportunity to put his skills into action. Joining the Engineering and Product team, Sunday worked on real projects, contributing UX designs and helping integrate new features into existing mobile apps.

"Interpreting ideas into designs without an app guide was challenging, but with time, it became second nature."

His internship solidified his desire to become a leading voice in the tech world.

Sunday wants to become one of the lead voices in the tech world, he believes further developing his skills in UX will allow him to contribute even more effectively in the technology space.


“Anything is achievable, with the right amount of Consistency”- Aiyegbusi



Aiyegbusi Samuel is a Writer and a Law graduate of Adekunle Ajasin University, inspired by the need to develop his skills even further, Samuel heard about the internship opportunity right on time.

At Pureworker, he balanced crafting engaging content with building relationships through customer calls. This dual role allowed him to step out of his comfort zone and explore new territories.

During his time at Pureworker, he honed his skills in writing newsletters and SEO-optimised blog posts that resonated with the audience.

Lights, Camera, Action! - Adebola



Adebola Awotayo, a passionate Video content creator, came to Pureworker determined to elevate his skills. As a creator intern, he embraced the challenge of crafting compelling video content while stepping outside his comfort zone.

“Standing in front of the camera was tough, but seeing my finished work and the audience's reaction made it all worthwhile,” he shared. 

Adebola believes that consistency is key to success and plans to continue creating impactful video content post-internship.

The Pureworker Internship Experience

Each of our interns brought their unique talents and perspectives to Pureworker, contributing to meaningful projects while gaining hands-on experience and learning from industry experts. 

The message from our interns to young professionals is clear: with consistency, teamwork, and a willingness to embrace challenges, anything is possible.
